    • Such as Contractor Management
    • As well as, the Availability of Equipment, FLOC’s, and or people, PM Forecasting etc.
    • Review benefits of advanced features
  • Get tips and tricks from our product experts that you can use today
    • Learn how to build a schedule in 20 mins or less with 85-90% accuracy
  • Learn from other users on their best practices and how they drive adoption and communicate and engage with stakeholders
    • Round table with existing users, highlighting the benefits and struggles they deal with each day
  • See and experience new and upcoming features as well as roadmap

    • Overview of available modules
    • Basic walkthrough of features and functions
    • Q&A
  • Be introduced to advanced topics that improve your processes
    • Ideas to help minimize sync times
    • Dive in to available configurations you may not have known existed
    • Learn when to use real-time and when not to?
  • Learn from other users on their best practices and how they drive adoption and communicate and engage with stakeholders
    • Discussion with existing customers
    • Ask the product management team questions directly
    • See and experience new and upcoming features as well as roadmap

Oracle eAM Workshop

Please join us for the “Oracle eAM Release 12.2.8 Hands on Training” session. Students will log into the VIZIYA Instance and follow along with the instructor executing the following business process flows:

  • Search for your Asset in the Asset Hierarchy
  • Create a Work Request for your Asset
  • Create a Work Order from the Work Request
  • Add an Asset Activity including required Resources, Stocked Materials, Quality Plans, and a Serialized Rebuildable Item
  • Plan the Work Order reviewing the requirements defaulted from the Asset Activity and adding any additional required Resources or Stocked Materials
  • Punch-out to iProcurement and Create a non-cataloged Purchase Requisition, submit from the Shopping Cart and return to the eAM Work Order
  • Issue Materials (discuss options)
  • Charge Labor (discuss options)
  • Review Work Order Costing
  • Complete the Work Order
  • Review Rebuildable Work Order and Hierarchy changes
  • Create and Complete an Express Work Order
  • Q&A
